21. Dabeli

Dabeli or Kutchi dabeli or Kachchhi dabeli is a snack food of India, originating in the Kutch or Kachchh region of Gujarat. It is a spicy snack made by mixing boiled potatoes with a dabeli masala, and putting the mixture between pav (burger bun) and served with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies, etc. and garnished with pomegranate and roasted peanuts.

22. Pav bhaji

Pav bhaji is an Indian fast food dish that originated in Mumbai cuisine. While Bhaji is a traditional Indian name for a vegetable dish, the Pav or Pau or Pao was the Portuguese word for bread (small rolls) introduced by them during their brief presence in Mumbai (then Bombay), before it was gifted by them to the English as part of the dowry for Catherine of Braganza's marriage to Charles II. The pav-bhaji is a spicy preparation with a mixture of vegetables, either whole or mashed, a generous dose of fresh tomatoes, a dollop of butter, optional toppings of cheese and dry-fruits and fresh fruits, consumed with warm bread gently or crispy fried in butter - an all-time, any-time favourite with Mumbaikars. It is native to Mumbai and has now become popular in most metropolitan areas in India, especially in those of central and western Indian states[1] such as Gujarat and Karnataka.[2] Pav means bread. Bhaji in Marathi means vegetable dish. Pav bhaji consists of bhaji (a thick potato-based curry) garnished with coriander, chopped onion, and a dash of lemon and lightly toasted pav. The pav is usually buttered on all sides.

23. Misal Pav

Misal pav (spicy curry with bread - "pav" is the Indian colloquial for bread) is a traditional Indian dish. It consists of spicy curry usually made of sprouted moth beans, commonly known as matki and chilly powder gravy called 'Kutt'. The final dish is topped with potato-Chiwda mix, "Farsan" or "sev" (Indian noodles), onions, lemon and coriander (cilantro). It is usually served with bread toasted with butter and buttermilk or curd and papad .

28. Ragda Patties

Ragda patties is a popular Indian fast food or snack which forms part of the famous street food of Mumbai, India. This snack is usually served at fast food restaurants that offer Indian fast food along with other dishes available through the day. It is also a main item on menus of food stalls which scatter the city at busy places. These food stalls also serve up other relished snacks such as the equally famous "bhel puri" and "pani puri". This dish has two parts--ragda, a dried yellow pea soup and patties, a fried potato cutlet.

Sev puri is an Indian snack and a type of chaat.It is a speciality that originates from Mumbai.[In Mumbai, sev puri is served by street vendors as well as five star hotels. Recently, supermarkets have started stocking ready-to-eat packets of sev puri and similar snacks like bhelpuri.

30. Bhelpuri

Bhelpuri is a savoury Indian snack, and is also a type of chaat. It is made out of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce.[2] Bhelpuri is often identified with the beaches of Mumbai (Bombay), such as Girguam or Juhu.[3] Bhelpuri is thought to have originated within the Gujarati cafes and street food stalls of Bombay, and the recipe has spread to most parts of India where it has been modified to suit local food availability. It is also said to be originated from Bhadang , a spicy namkeen from Western Maharashtra. Dry Bhel is made from Bhadang, The Kolkata variant of Bhelpuri is called Jhaal Muri (meaning "spicy puffed rice"). A native Mysore variant of Bhelpuri is known as Churumuri or Churmuri in Bangalore.[4] A dry variant of Bhelpuri popularly known as Bhadang is consumed after garnishing with onions, coriander and lemon juice.
